The conditions under which WebDiez provides its web design, SEO, and digital marketing services.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using this website or hiring WebDiez’s services, you agree to the terms described in this document. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or hire the services.

2. Who we are

WebDiez is the trade name of an independent professional (a private individual) providing web design and SEO services. WebDiez is not a corporation, partnership, or registered company. This means contracts, payments, and communications are made directly with that individual, operating under this trade name.

3. Description of services

Services offered include, but are not limited to: website design and development, SEO, online stores, digital marketing, and website maintenance. The specific scope of each project is defined in writing (email or formal proposal) before work begins.

4. Quotes, payments, and billing

Quotes are provided in US dollars (USD) and are valid for a limited time, stated in each proposal.
One-time projects generally require an upfront deposit before work begins; the remaining balance is billed according to agreed milestones.
Monthly plans (SEO, maintenance) are billed in advance each month and can be canceled with 30 days’ notice.
On billing: because WebDiez operates as an independent professional rather than a registered company, we do not issue formal tax invoices by default. Every payment comes with a receipt detailing the service, amount, and date. If your situation requires a specific tax document, let us know before hiring so we can review the available options.

5. Timelines and revisions

Estimated delivery times in each plan are approximate and depend on the client providing content, access, and feedback on time. Each plan includes a set number of revision rounds; additional revisions may incur an extra cost.

6. Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing truthful content, properly licensed images, necessary access (domain, existing hosting, third-party accounts), and timely feedback. WebDiez is not responsible for delays caused by missing this information.

7. Intellectual property

Once full payment for a project is received, rights to the final design developed specifically for the client transfer to them. Third-party elements used in the project (templates, icons, fonts, plugins) remain subject to their own licenses. WebDiez reserves the right to display the project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Hosting, domain, and third-party tools

Unless stated otherwise in the proposal, hosting costs, domain registration, and third-party licenses (premium themes, plugins, paid tools) are the client’s responsibility and are billed directly by those providers.

9. SEO disclaimer

Search engine rankings depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, market competition, and the client’s own internal decisions. WebDiez does not guarantee specific rankings, exact timelines, or particular traffic volumes. Results described on this site are general estimates, not contractual promises.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WebDiez will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or the services hired. WebDiez’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount actually paid by the client for the corresponding project.

11. Cancellations and refunds

Initial deposits for one-time projects are non-refundable once work has begun, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Monthly plans can be canceled at any time with 30 days’ notice; months already billed are not refunded.

12. Acceptable use of the website

You may not use this site for illegal activities, attempt to compromise its security, or copy its content for commercial purposes without authorization.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without prejudice to any rights the law of your country of residence may grant you as a consumer.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will apply to projects hired after the update date.
